Passed away peacefully on April 26, 2022 at home. Predeceased by her late husband Leo Martel and the late Richard Robert and her parents Christina and Homer Deschaine. Beloved mother of Tommy and Donald Martel and Joyce Duggan and the late Bobby Martel. Beloved stepmother of Danny Robert and Randy Robert and the late Larry Robert. Loving sister of Bobby and Jimmy Deschaine. Predeceased by her sisters Marceline, Penny, Theresa, Madeline, Frances and her brothers Edward, Earl, Norman, Homer, Gordon, Russell, Donald Deschaine. Also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Loving godmother to many nieces and nephews. Aunt Daisy was a loving lady to all and will be dearly missed. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. A Service to Celebrate the Life of Clara will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home. Memorial Tributes to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County would be appreciated by the family.
