Passed away at 84 years after a short illness on March 8, 2011. Beloved husband of 62 years to Lois (Willson). Loving Dad of Gary and Diane, Bill and the late Josee (1998) , Jim (1995), Sandra and Ray Dowhan and Lena (1962). Cherished grandpa to Angie, Kelly, Jennifer, Trisha and Jodi, also a great-grandpa of 8 and great-great-grandpa of 1. Our Dad will be missed by his 3 remaining siblings, Monica, Don and Ann and many relatives and friends. Dad served his country in WWII, Korean War, numerous peace keeping theatres, Canadian Legion Br. 255, KVA Unit #29, Zone 1 and Corps of Commissionaires. A private family service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday March 14, 2011 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. All veterans are welcome to attend.
