Hugill – Irene, 98 years, peacefully at Royal Oak Long Term Care (Kingsville ON) on January 16, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the Late Howard Hugill (1986). Loving sister to Vera Newman and the Late Rowland Prince (1999). Dearest aunt to Robert and Brian Newman, David and Mary Prince, Sheila and Bob James, Linda Prince and Connie and Ed Meszaros. Irene was a concert pianist and a superb teacher of music, graduating from The Ursaline School of Music and received her Master’s Degree from The Detroit Conservatory of Music. Cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving guests at 12:00p.m. at Essex United Church on Friday January 21, 2011 with a celebration of her life at 1:00p.m. Reverend Doreen Canavan officiating.
