I have nothing but fond memories of Poppy Jack. I remember on one of their visits to NB, they came into Zellers where I was at my first job waitressing. They purposely sat in my section and jokingly gave me a hard time. Sad that he is gone, but now he is with Grannie ❤️

I will always remember Grampie Jack for his hard working demeanor. When he vacationed on the east coast, it was hardly a vacation, he never stopped. Fixing and repairing my moms home, tiling the garden, and helping Uncle Rodney lobster fish, you name it, he did it. Oh, I can't forget the times when we were younger visiting in Ont. he'd take us fishing in the Detroit River, then come home with our catch and bury it in the garden out back. :)
He was a good man.

Missing our Papa Jack, but comforted in knowing he is once again reunited with Granny. The recent snow in this area reminds me of the times we would visit you and Granny to go skating. I remember you skating with us kids on the rink that was always setup behind your backyard. Thanks for everything you gave us kids over the years, watching us turn into adults venturing off on our own and being a guiding influence in our lives.

We will always carry your love around in our hearts.
