My deepest sympathies to all of Kerry's family. I had the pleasure of teaching with him at Belle River. I always found him to be friendly and caring. I also appreciated his wit and sense of humour. May your fond memories of Kerry offer you comfort at this time.

Mr Dowdell was a one of a kind teacher. He taught almost all of my siblings Biology at BRDHS and was so passionate about all that he taught us. I learned so much from him and will be forever grateful for him pushing me to pursue my dreams.

Rest In Peace, sir

I am so utterly sorry to hear. A truly lovely man. The Point will not be the same without him. His charm and light easy way and always with a smile. Sure wish he would have had more time with us here, but quality over quantity. He will be greatly missed. And thinking of you all going through this very difficult time.
