Lindon Arthur Whited

82 years. Passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his wife Beverly Faith Whited (nee Eastman) (1994) and his parents Edward and Gladys Whited. Loving father to Lindon (Bobo) and Cheryle Whited, Todd and Nancy Whited. Dear grandpa to Shango, Kimathi and Tiara, Taylor and Rain. Dear brother to Edward and Marilyn Whited, Elaine Harris and her late husband Eli, Donald and Emily Whited. Predeceased by his sister Margaret Faulkner and his brother George Whited (Joyce). Survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Lindon retired from City of Windsor after 36 years of service and was a member of CUPE local #85. He was involved in the Windsor Central Little League for many years and loved to hunt and fish. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Sunday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Family hour Sunday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Anderson Memorial Chapel. Family and friends are invited to meet at Victoria Memorial Gardens on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside service.
