It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our dear Margaret on January 8, 2014 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife and best friend of Bob for over 60 years. Dear Mum of Rob and Louise McCaig, Winnipeg, MN, and Sandi and Bill Eansor, London, ON. Loving Nana who will be sorely missed by Alec and Ian McCaig, Meghan, Ashley and Billy Eansor. Margaret, born in Ardrossan, Scotland, moved to Canada in 1955 and retired from the Windsor Board of Education in 1993. She was a long time member of Girl Guides in Canada and the UK. She was also a member of the Windsor Association Trefoil Guild, the Edward Street Centre for Seniors and the Windsor Yacht Club. As per Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 2:30 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre(519-252-5711). Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
