Louise was raised in New Brunswick and was baptized in the Miramichi River in Doaktown, N.B. She lived over 40 years in the Ottawa/Gatineau area before moving to Windsor later in life. Louise and Saunders shared many enjoyable years at their cottage in Quebec and winters in Louisiana as well as other travel. Louise will be remembered for her involvement as a Sunday School teacher and her delicious scallop potato casseroles at church dinners and church builds. Louise and Saunders shared decades of fellowship with church families where they lived and visited. A memory for her family and friends will be of Mum’s one of a kind, tasty molasses cookies. Louise enjoyed fishing, camping, snowshoeing and hiking. Love from all of us. We will miss you Mum.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Huron Lodge who provided amazing care and support to Mum and family during the past 2 years.
