So sad to learn about Eileen's passing. We would often pass in the alleys of the neighbourhood as we walked our dogs. We shared news/gossip of the neighbourhood as well as gardening ideas. She was always a bright spot in the day. She (& Annie) are missed.

Dear Denise,
Anna shared with me the sad news of your mother...I'm so sorry.
As I opened her page, I was immediately struck by how much you look like her. Like mother, like daughter. The most beautiful and complex relationship indeed. I was reminded of how you used to live beside her and I'm sure that time with you meant everything to her, not to mention your proximity and availability for immediate help. As a mother yourself - what a gift it was.
My heart breaks for you and I'm thinking of you,

Dear Denise,

My condolences to you for the loss of your mother and for you as you may feel like an orphan at this time. May Eileen join your father Bill and your brother Paul in heaven.

We know our lives are but a flame with bodies that flicker as we rush through our earthly life but we take it on faith that our souls will shine brightly and that we'll join our loved ones hereafter forever.

Our thoughts are with you and you are not alone,

I was saddened to hear that your mother passed away. She was a loving women. I'm so glad that I met her and got to share wonderful memories with her.

I was her tenant but she treated me like her friend. There are so many things I learnt from her that will stick with me for the rest of my life. I will miss having long conversations with her, but I will always remember her in my prayers.
