I look at the beautiful pictures that have been posted and I think how happy you would have been to see them. I can imagine you saying "So proud Millica, so proud!"
I love you Tetka Milica!
In my memories, I always see your glowing personality, always so kind and so loving with me and then with my children.
I loved your relationship with my Baba. The way you talked to each other and the way you were with each other. I grew up knowing that I had been named for my aunt and that she, in turn, had been named for you, we always had this link.
When I found out that you were in the hospital, I imagined my baba holding you close in her heart. Then when you passed, I imagined you and her together, sitting at the table, sharing stories, talking about your families and just being sisters.
I hold this picture in my heart...
You will be missed Tetka...and thank you for the love you gave so easily.
And so much love to all of my family in Canada.
I know this cannot be an easy time and I am sorry for your loss.

My Baba was the most beautiful person Inside and out I have ever met. She was so very generous, and had the most humble demeanour. She made everyone in the room feel loved and important and TRULY lived her life with gratitude every single day!!!! I am the luckiest woman alive to have had her as my Baba and I will never forget that! You were so genuine and such a real person, who wore her heart on her sleeve and I will spend the rest of my life trying to live by your example. To say me and the kids love and miss you does not even come close. Until we meet again my sunshine ☀️
