She is predeceased by her husband Adrian Alexander and by her sister Gwen Cox. Patricia is survived by her sister Laurie Murch as well as by her children; Lee Adams (Ralph), Larry Alexander (Kathi), Randy Alexander (Debbie), Brad Alexander (Robyn) and Joel Alexander (Tina). She will also be missed by her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Cremation will be taking place as per Patricia’s wishes.
