It is with heavy hearts that the family of Patricia Crabtree (McCarthy) share the news of her passing.
On Friday, January 15, 2021, Pat left us peacefully at the age of 76, to be reunited with her parents, Margaret and James McCarthy.
She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband of 52 years, Frank Crabtree. Loving mother of Christina (Keith Masse) and Kelly. Cherished grandmother of Melissa Stewart (Glen) and Courtney Stewart (Curtis).
Survived by her dear sister, Joan LeBoeuf (Robert). Treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Pat had a special bond with extended family, Karen Tavolieri, Erin Holmes and family and will be fondly remembered as a thoughtful, generous soul.
She was blessed with amazing friends and neighbours and was sweetly known to be the “surrogate gramma”to the neighbourhood children.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to you all for your kindness, care, and the joy that you brought her.
We would also like to thank the overworked doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who took care of Pat, kept us informed and held the phone to her ear so that we may say our final goodbyes.
A private funeral service for only the most immediate family members will be held.
