Mr. Paul Tousignant

Tousignant, Paul. 87 Years. Peacefully at Metropolitan Hospital, on June 13, 2011. Beloved husband of Ruth (Devine). Loving father to Lou Tousignant (Sharon), Paula Prosper (William). Dear step-father to Robert Mills (Donna) Lynne Moser (Vince), Nancy Bickerstaff (Chris). Predeceased by his parents Aldric & Alice and his son Randy. Dear brother of Bernadette Fedoriuk and the late Edmund and Gerald, Tousignant and Jeanette Coriveau. Dear brother-in-law to Mary Tousignant and father-in-law to Joanne Tousignant. Dear Grandfather of 13, great grandfather of 28 and great great grandfather of 1. Mr. Tousignant was retired after 35 years of service with the Canadian National Railway. He was a life member of R.C.L BR#12 and past president of R.C.L BR#578. Mr. Tousignant was a member of the Essex Kent Scottish Regiment and earned a civic defense medal. He served with Royal Canadian Navy Volunteer Reserve. He also enjoyed travel, camping, reading, puzzles and fishing. Visitation will be held at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home 1969 Wyandotte St. E. on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service Friday June 17 at 11 a.m. under the auspices of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Service Committee. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
