Passed away on March 19, 2010 at 88 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Ernestine (nee Netzel) Loving father of Doug and Diane, Chet and Susanne Masse. Dear grandfather of Elisabeth (Mark Kerr), Emily, David (Marie) and Roger. Great grandfather of Aliece, Ashley, Zachary and Autumn. Brother of Roderick, Gabriel, Andre, Leo, Jerry, Charles, Robert, Jacqueline, Marcella, Maxine, Jeanette and the late Paul (2006), Roger (2009) and Mary Ann (1970). Predeceased by his parents the late Jerome and Aline Masse. Roumand was a WWII Veteran serving in the Army. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm with a Veterans service under the auspices of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Services Committee Wednesday 7:30 pm. at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home, 1969 Wyandotte St. E. 519-252-5711. Funeral Service Thursday 11 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church (Tecumseh Rd E & Rossini).
