He leaves behind his best friend and loving wife, Brenda, of over 28 years. Devoted Dad of Darryl Ouellette, Tiffany Ouellette, Kyle (Natashia) Ouellette, and Jordyn Hebert. Proud Grampa of 14 grandkids. Dear brother of Guy (Sue) Hebert, Sheri Hebert, Tammy (Victor) St. Louis, and Shannen (Scott) Westfall. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially, “his buddy”, Grant, who has been by his side through thick and thin. He was a proud and dedicated employee of Chrysler Canada, where he made friends who became his second family over the 37 years he spent there.
Scott was a dedicated Toronto Maple Leaf fan who never missed an opportunity to watch them play. He was a family man at heart, whose generosity was limitless. Without question, he would drop everything to help those he loved. Scott had a sense of humour and wit that carried him through even his darkest days and brought laughter to his family and friends daily.
Special thanks to the team at Hospice and to his regular V.O.N. caregivers who took tremendous care of him and became like family.
Donations in memory of Scott may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to Hospice of Windsor.
Visitation will take place at Families First Funeral Home (3260 Dougall Ave.) on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 11 am – 1 pm and 4 – 6 pm. As per Scott’s wishes, cremation will follow. To honour Scott, please wear any and all Toronto Maple Leaf attire.
