Stephen Thomas Mollard

February 11, 1954 – November 15, 2017 passed away peacefully at Hospice of Windsor with his cherished family by his side. Devoted husband of Mariann (Plackmann) Mollard, loving father of Thomas Mollard (Candyce) and Melissa Schaffhauser (Mark), loving Pa to Franklin, Olivia, Bryson and Lelah. Gone home to join his late father and mother, Frank T. Mollard (2004) and Rachel Jesse (Robertson) Mollard (2001). Sadly missed by siblings, Rob Mollard, Rick Mollard (Dail) and Pat McCulloch (Dan). Caring son in law of Oma and Opa Plackmann and their families. Survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours. Steve was a Scouter for many years with the 44th troup of Riverside United Church, a stationary engineer with the family business, Producer’s Cold Storage and will be sadly missed by the management, staff and family of Futura Tool Inc. / Titan Tool & Die, where he completed 19 years of loyal service. Visitation at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be the following day Monday, November 20, 2017 at Riverside United Church, 881 Glidden Ave. Windsor. Visitation at 10 a.m. until Service at 11 a.m. Interment, following cremation, will be held at Nestleton United Church Cemetery next to his parents and close to the cottage at Lake Scugog that he loved so dearly. In lieu of flowers, if you so desire, donations may be made to The Hospice of Windsor & Essex County or a charity of your choice.
