

Peacefully surrounded by his family on June 26, 2015 at 86 years of age. Now enjoying a martini with his cherished late wife Joan. Adored father of Sally (Foster), Jayne (Kenney Jones) and Julie (Glen Baltzer). Beloved “Grumpy” to Rachel (Mike Wamboldt), Sarah (Derek), Victoria, Casey (Jason), Jay, Cody and Erin. Great “Grumpy” to Colby, Leighton and Zachary. Stuart will be sadly missed by all of his family, friends and especially by his dog Twiggy and his brother John. Stuart worked as a tool and die maker at Crest Tool and Tregaskiss Ltd. for many years before his retirement. He was a long time member of Rose Lodge 500 and sponsored his own W.W.L.L. team which was appropriately called “Grumpy’s Girls”. Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519)254-3223 on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 3, 2015 at St. John’s Anglican Church, 3305 Sandwich Street from 10 a.m. till the time of the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. followed by Interment in the church yard cemetery.
