Winifred Irene Mitchell Peifer

92 years, died January 17, 2017. Predeceased by her Beloved husband Robert (2001). Loving Mother of Deborah and Robert Willey of Windsor, Heather and Dave Saunders of Timmons, and the late Bonnie Parker (1988). Cherished Grandmother of Christopher (Melanie) Willey of Courtney, Vancouver Island B.C., Rob and Katie Saunders of Windsor. Also survived by several great grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Vern and Bernice Peifer and Catharine Stammler. Predeceased by Brother Craig and Ruth Campbell, sisters Guinevere and Alfred Batey, Eleanor and Orville Rivait, sister-in-law to Grant and Lyn Peifer, Keith and Helen Peifer and Ewald Stammler. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews. Winifred worked at the law firm of Bartlet & Richardes for over 40 years as a legal secretary. Visiting will take place on Monday, January 23, 2017 at the Walter D Kelly Life Celebration Centre, 1696 Wyandotte St. E from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (Corner of Giles & Parent) on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Mike Lees officiating.
