Beverly Lou Huntington

Beverly L. Hunter, 68, of Battle Mountain, Nevada died on June 24, 2012 at about 5:25 a.m. She was born on March 30, 1944 in Shelbyville, Indiana. Bev had more friends than we could count. She married Ron Huntington on February 6, 1998. Her passions were God and church, her sewing, grandkids and helping others. She enjoyed volunteering for Horizon Hospice and the emergency food bank.

She is survived by her husband Ron Huntington; son, Samuel Steven (Candie) Springer and their children, Hannah and Jace, daughter Shannon S. (John) Lofthouse and their children, Megan and Mandy, step-son John O. (De Ann) Huntington and their children, Alissa (Huntington), Hummel (Garrit) and their children, Stephani (Huntington) Sivertson (Andy) and their children, Step-daughter MeShell (Huntington) Young (Michael) and their children, Brandon, Godin, Brody Young, Michaela Young and Brendon Young. Bev had four great grandchildren and was affectionately known as Grandma Bev – including many other honorable grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Battle Mountain Civic Center. Those wishing to share memories with the family may do so at the memorial site for Bev at albertsonfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to your favorite charity or hers.
