Peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Misericordia Place, Agostina Morrone, age 96, passed away.
Agostino is survived by his 6 children, his daughters Franca (Glenn), Rosemary (Rick), Linda (Merv), Tina (Reg) and sons Tino (Karen) and James; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Agostino was a loving husband and father who devoted his life to hard work and support of his large family. He will be remembered for his unconditional love for his family and always being there to help anyone in need. He was a very kind and generous man.
The family would like to thank the Misericordia Place staff for their amazing care of our father during his 4 year stay at the Misericordia.
Viewing will be held at 9:30 am on Monday, June 1, 2026 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard Winnipeg, Manitoba, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 am.
A private entombment will occur at Waverley Memorial Gardens.
