He will be lovingly remembered by Nellie, his wife of 47 years, son Darren, daughter-in-law Inge, and granddaughter Sydney. Barry was predeceased by his parents Margaret (Madge) and John, brother Kenneth and sister Lavona.
Born in Pilot Mound, Manitoba, Barry was a Prairie Boy at heart. A lifelong member of Calvary Temple, he will always be remembered for his kind heart, affinity for sharing stories and willingness to help others.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 in the Worship Centre at the Riverview Health Centre (One Morley Avenue, Winnipeg).
