Brian Frederick Law

Left to mourn his passing are his beloved wife Pat; cherished daughter Robyn (Israel); sister Diane Tucker; sister-in-law Kate Mancer; brothers-in-law Don Myers (Val) and Lawrence Myers (Cheryl); nephews Stuart Tucker and Stephen Mancer (Elicia); and nieces Monica Blackman (Andy) and Katrina and Gabi Myers.

Brian was born in Vancouver but lived most of his life in Winnipeg. Pat and Brian met in high school at Dakota Collegiate in St. Vital and were married for 51 years. Brian spent most of his working career in the printing business, his last and longest employer being Hignell Book Printing. He loved sports, especially NFL football and major league baseball and was known for his great sense of humour. His favourite travel destinations were New York City, San Francisco, Vancouver and the areas around Banff and Jasper National Parks. He enjoyed many wonderful times with family and friends over the years and will be greatly missed.

In keeping with Brian’s wishes, no memorial service will be held.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, the Assiniboine Park Conservancy, the Winnipeg Humane Society or to a charity of your choice.
