He was predeceased by his father Charles in 1968 and his mother Lillian in 2013.
Darryl was born in St. Boniface and spent most of his life there. He attended Red River Community College to train as a machinist and later attended the University of Winnipeg. As a founding member of the Manitoba Street Rod Association, Darryl was known for his sense of humour and inventiveness. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
