Peacefully following a lengthy illness, it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Denise Schapansky with her loving family by her side on Monday, September 12, 2011 at the Victoria Hospital.
She is survived by her children Blair (Gloria), Glen, Carol (Elden), grandchildren Shelley (Chris) and Egan, Sister Cecile (Reynold) Heinrichs and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob Schapansky, her mother and father and sisters and brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m., September 19, 2011 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
