He was predeceased by his parents, Erna, on May 15, 2012, and Bruno, on August 25, 1988. He was also predeceased by his brother, Kurt, on November 20, 2018.
He leaves to mourn brother, Fred (Linda), nephews Dwight (Stacy), Evan (Courtney), Adam (Samantha), great-niece and nephew, Paityn and Jordan, cousin Bernice (Rudy), Aunt Addy (Roy) Howard, Uncle Erich Wegner (Edith).
Dennis enjoyed spending time and talking with his family, he also had a passion for woodworking and nature. He lived a simple and meaningful life surrounded by the people and things he loved most.
A private family funeral and burial will be held at Klassen Funeral Home, on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
