Suddenly, on November 18, 2019 Earl passed away at age 60 while on his morning walk.
Earl was a gentle soul who was afflicted with mental illness at a very young age. He loved to reminisce about the Fort Garry people who touched his life and the friends he met along the way.
Earl was predeceased by his mother Lorraine, father Jock. He leaves behind his brother Dave (Karen), sister Kitty (Frank) and brother Geoffrey as well as his nieces Shannon, Jaime and Jill.
