Born in Belarus and emigrating to Canada as a child she was the only daughter in a family with 6 brothers. Liz married Bill Michalski May 25th, 1951. Together they raised their three boys in Winnipeg. Liz leaves with us a legacy of love, a passion for life and a light in our hearts. She was a devoted, selfless and protective mother and wife. She will be remembered by many for her service in ministry to the church and to her Saviour.
Liz was predeceased by her infant daughter Pearl Hope, and her husband of 58 years, Bill. She leaves behind three sons Ron (Jill), Bruce (Rosalie) and Gerry (Sharon) as well as 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Her children call her blessed; Her husband also and he praises her. “Many women do noble things but you surpass them all.” Charm is deceptive, beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honour her for all her hands have done.
