She was predeceased by her mother Maria Aromin and father Federico Aromin.
She is survived by her sons Henry and Ryan (Kristen), daughter Loida (Dante) and grandchildren, Christian, Shera Lynn, Anna Lynn, and Dan Lloyd along with her siblings Dalisay and Gil and their families as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Elvi will be missed by all who knew her, for her friendly smile, kindness and enthusiasm. Elvi was a very active member of her church, as well as the Toastmasters Club. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
Lamay will take place on Friday, October 4th at Thomson “In the Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1291 McGillivary Boulevard from 6:00 pm – 12:00 am. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 5 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the MICU staff at the Health Sciences Centre who cared for her and comforted us during a difficult time.
