Eva Bennett

Peacefully, after a short illness on Monday March 7, 2011 in St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 87 years.

Eva was predeceased by Harold, her husband of 39 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Margaret (Jack); Allison; Lesley (Alan); grandchildren: Robert (Evelyn); Jason, Ronald (Linda); Troy, Michael (Melissa); Catherine (Justin) and great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Reagan, Breydan, Kayla, Joshua and Jacen.

Eva was born on September 28, 1923 in Keighley Yorkshire England and emigrated to Canada in 1957 where she devoted her life to raising her family.

In keeping with Mom’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held on Monday March 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend thanks to Dr. MacDougal and the staff of Ward 6E of St. Boniface Hospital for making their Mom’s last days so peaceful.
