She will be sadly missed by her daughters Carol (Sandy) and Kim (Bill); grandsons Chris and Dallas.
Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Henry Cook (Cookie).
Mom loved to knit for family and new babies. With the Amber Meadows Knitwits she received special recognition from the Christmas Cheer Board for the number of mitts she made and donated in one year.
A private family burial has taken place at Green Acres Cemetery.
