Lolo, I really miss you now that both you and Lola are gone.  Thank you for teaching me a lot of things I needed to learn, for all the Mc Donalds you bought me too.  I wish you got to see me grow up.  I really wish you never left.  I really love you too!  Say Hi to Lola for me and that I miss her as much and I love you both.

Thank you so much for always being here with us that you were willing to leave the Philippines to come and live with us in Canada.  I am going to miss you a lot.  Goodbye Lolo, We love you!

Thank you so much Ipe for calling me last Dec.  31, 2017 before you finally departed from this world. It was an amazing premonition moment when we talked on the phone and I was so Blessed upon hearing your voice, then 2 weeks later, you are gone. May your Soul Rest in Peace. Actually Ipe during the time that you are about to leave in this world, Benny Pineda (our Foreman in Greyhound) showed me his smiling face while sitting in our sofa saying that I can handle the small problem I was having that time. Benny's 3rd death anniversary will be on Thursday,  Jan.  25, 2018, and I plan to visit his grave.  God Bless you Ipe! Your Friend,  Rick Trop.

Last September I got to spend a memorable time with you. You put a smile on every person you talked to. We had a great conversation and made me laugh. My favorite moment with you was when we went to the ice cream shop in Nueva Ecija just to keep cool because of the hot weather. I'm glad I got to have that special moment with you. May you rest peacefully. Heaven gained another angel. Lolo say hello to dadz, tita, ninong dodong, and my other grandpa daddy Henry. Thank you more the great memory.

Goodbye to the sweetest and most caring Uncle❤..I was so saddened by the news of what happened to you,we spent happy moments in Nueva Ecija only last Nov.,you are laughing uncontrollably while telling the story of butong pakwan and the old lady and kuya Rudy...,you even called me on New Year's Eve..i still remember your laughs and your voice asking for one of your fave grandson,my Miggy..❤ You even mentioned everybody's names,bid goodbyes and said i love you to me..Never in my thoughts that it was our final hello and goodbye..

Sayang I wasn't able to talk to him nung tumawag sya nung NewYear from Canada, due to poor connection. For a very short time na nakasama ko sya, I easily felt his warmth and sincerity. Thanks, I just wish him a peaceful soul and rest.

Lord, Felipe Ciriaco is gone now from this earthly dwelling, and has left behind those who mourn his absence. Felipe Reyes Ciriaco or more known to our family as "Papa Ipe" or "Tito Ipe" to me was a great man, a great provider for his family, a kind person to his friends and a beloved uncle to our family. Growing up in our compound in Cubao, we all call it "Bario 26", with  a big family has been the best times of my childhood. I became close to my grandparents, my Aunt's, my Uncle's and my cousin's became my first friends. Tito Ipe is actually one of my favorite uncle since i could remember. He's generous, kind, loving and his humor talking to his pamangkins will always be remembered.

When i was small, my parent's can't afford to buy me a nice doll that i've always wanted. I could still remember the first and only barbie doll i've ever own in my childhood life was given to me by Tito Ipe. I loved it so much that he gave me another doll when he came home again from Saudi. I took good care of these 2 dolls and i played with them gently. I remember when i left for the States 15 years ago, i was then 23 years old, it was still wrapped in a clear plastic on our curio cabinet in our old house in Cavite. 

Tito Ipe work as an ofw in Saudi Arabia for so many years. When i was small, everytime he would come home for a vacation, our entire family in bario 26 are always excited and delighted to see him. He would graciously give every family a pasalubong  and that is very special to think that we have a very big family. 

Every christmas, Tita Len and Tito Ipe's house is the favorite house that everyone in our family love to go first. They never fail to give all their pamangkin's pamasko no matter how hard life is at that time. 

Tito Ipe also graced Chad and I to be our Ninong to our wedding in 2003. I remember him wearing a barong that day and was all smiles on all of the pictures. Thank you Tito Ipe for for being our ninong. We are honored to have such a great man who stand to watch us became husband and wife. 

I spend all night thinking about all these great memories i've had with Tito Ipe and i could probably go on and write many more but i know this couldn't pacify the pain of losing him. Truly a one of a kind person. So giving, so kind and thoughtful. Not a birthday or christmas when i was small had gone by that i didn't receive a present from Tita Len and Tito Ipe. Those contributed for me to have such a great childhood memories growing up with a loving family. 

To Ate Irene and Kuya Mel, i pray to the almighty God to give you both and your family enough strength to bear the sorrow on the sad demise of Tito Ipe. May you all be blessed with enough courage to overcome this pain and come out of this very difficult moment. May his soul rest  in peace with Tita Len now on his side. 

To Ipe, thanks for all the memories. Until we meet again Tito. We will surely miss you. We love you Tito Ipe.

You treated me like a son, even though we are not related by blood. Thank you po sa pagmamahal at pagdidisiplina sa akin noong bata pa ako. My success is your success as well. You are one of the main pillars that helped me reach where I am today.

Farewell tito Ipe... May you rest in peace together with the LORD our creator and Tita Len whom you loved all your life. We, together with the surviving family, relatives and friends will terribly miss you. Your legacy of goodwill will lived on forever in our hearts. A privilege to have known you, a great uncle, a loving and good provider for your family, a good friend to many. You lived a life of great purpose. Napakabait nyo po tito Ipe, kayo ni Tita Len ang talagang lagi naming hanap hanap sa looban sa mga pasko, birthday at kahit ano mang okasyon. Salamat po sa lahat lahat. Sa mga pinsan ko Irene and Mel hindi masusukat ang lungkot na nadarama nyo ngayun and that we together with my family are praying that you find strenght and comfort with Lord in this trying times.
Sa muli salamat po Tito Ipe, pahinga kana ang continue your legacy sa bago mong mundo na walang paghihirap bagkus puno ng pagmamahal at ginhawa.

Lolo, hindi ko pa rin po matanggap  Kapag kausap ko naman kayo sa phone, and kinakamusta po kita you always say na you're okay at kaya mo pang mag-work. Pero bakit po ganun Lo?
