Peacefully on June 5, 2020 Grace Hopkins (Caporusso) passed away at the age of 58.
Grace leaves behind her husband of 35 years Dwain Hopkins, and her children Kayla (Jesse) and Shasta. She also leaves behind one grandchild Makenzie.
Grace was born in Italy and came to Canada when she was five. She devoted most of her professional life to helping children as an educational assistant.
We would like to thank Dr. Permack, Sandy, Scott and the nurses from the palliative care unit.
A Celebration of Grace’s life will take place at a later date, when we can all gather together.
