Herb is survived by his sister Esther and brother Willy, his daughters Cathy (Bill), Cheryl (Lance), Tehilla (Dan), and many grandchildren, Lauren (Ryan), Jordan(Cora), Dustin(Lisa), Matthew, Tamir, Allen(Lori),Shirelle(Junior), Dale, Paige(Rob), Derek, Nessia and great-grandchildren, Kolby, Rowdy, David and Vivi and many nephews and nieces.
Our dad(Grumpy Grandpa) was bigger than life and a perpetual volunteer, from coaching and refereeing ringette, driving dignitaries around for Folklorama, and many other events he was always willing to help. And don’t forget his love for Triumph sports cars! Herb over the past eight years enjoyed traveling to Mexico with his companion Ruth.
Thank you to the Palliative Homecare and Unit staff at St. Boniface Hospital for all their care over the past month.
A celebration of life will be postponed until this summer.
