Joginder "Joe" Singh Rooprai

Joginder was a man of strength and unwavering love. His world revolved around his family - his beloved wife, Asha, and his two daughters, Reena and Anu, who were the light of his life. Everything he did was done with them in mind. His love was steady, his laughter warm, and his presence a comfort that can never be replaced.

Joginder found deep joy in gardening and being outdoors. Whether he was planting vegetables or tending to flowers, nature brought him a sense of calm and happiness. He shared that joy with his family, often through moments spent outside, pointing out a new bloom, the latest batch of vegetables or the first signs of spring.

He taught by example – showing his daughters the importance of kindness, hard work, and showing up for the people you love. Joginder leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, love and devotion. He will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever loved.

A funeral service will be held at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, located at 1291 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg, MB on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Antim Ardaas to follow at Gurdwara Dasmesh Darbar, located at 566 Archibald Street, Winnipeg, MB.
