Mrs. Margaret Jean Keith

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our dearly beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother at the age of 82 years on Wednesday July 21, 2010.

Marg will be greatly missed by her husband of 63 years Don, children Peggy Barrow (Dave), Dave Keith (Jean), Rob Keith (Karen), Jim Keith (Liz), Terry Keith, Gord Keith (Kay), granddaughter Kandice Cyr (Jason) whom Mom raised as her own, her 15 grandchildren, Kim, Dan, and Brad (Wendy) Barrow, Cam (Megan), Duncan (Kelly-Rae) and Rebecca Keith, Jenny and Jordon Keith, Garett, Kurt and Keven Keith, Greg, Stuart and Andrew Keith, her 2 great grandchildren, Alex and Maggie Cyr all whom she loved and adored.

Mom spent a lifetime of enjoyment at her favorite place in Lester Beach, MB. Here she loved the beach in the summer and cross country skiing on the trails in the winter. After retirement, Marg enjoyed her days of travel with Don exploring the USA in their fifth wheel and later spending the winter months at her homes in Alabama and Brownsville, Texas.

Mom was a very social person who loved to laugh, loved her family and lived her life to the fullest.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Marg to the Alzheimer Society of MB.

A celebration of life was held at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. on Tuesday July 27, 2010 at 10:00am.
