Born in Winnipeg on January 1, 1930, Norma was predeceased by her parents, Mary Adamowska Panaro of Winnipeg, her father Peter Anthony Panaro of California, and her ex-husband Thomas Scribner Dietz of Florida. She was educated at St. Mary’s Academy, the University of Manitoba and Columbia University in New York City. She worked in Cleveland, Ohio and New Haven, Connecticut before returning to Winnipeg in 1968. She worked for the Province of Manitoba until her retirement.
She was loved and respected by so many people.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 21st, 2017 at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway
