It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Paul Louis Rene La Plume on May 28th, 2024 at the age of 69 at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his wife Adrienne; mother Marie-Paul; brother Marc (Rose-Anne); brother-in-law Wayne, his nephews: Ryan (Brittany), Jason (Melanie), and Ian; and brothers-in-law: Maurice and Gerard.
Paul was predeceased by his father Louis and sister Diane.
Paul grew up in Transcona and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology. He spent over 20 years employed with Manitoba Lotteries first as a Blackjack dealer and concluded his career as a Surveillance Technician in the Security Division.
The memorial service will take place on Friday, June 14th at 2:00PM at Green Acres Funeral Home, 1 Green Acres Lane in Navin, Manitoba.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Paul may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
