After a brief illness it is with sadness we announce the passing of Shu Kyi Chuang on Monday, July 30, 2012 with family by her side at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 92.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Lily Wong (Cheng Wong); Olivia Chuang and Ian Chuang, grandchildren Clint Wong (Stacey Kitz); Jessica Fudge (Thomas); Zachary Chuang and Justin Chuang.
Shu Kyi was predeceased by her husband Willy Chuang as well as by her parents Mr. Ong Kee Wha and Mrs. Cheung Kyet.
A celebration of Shu Kyi’s life will be held on Sunday August 5 at the Winnipeg Chinese Mennonite Church, 1010 Riverwood Avenue with Mr. Jenn Nain Chen officiating. A private family interment will take place in Thomson “In the Park” Cemetery.
