Surjit Kaur was born on October 18,1954 in the village of Narraingarh Dist Sangrur. Her mother's name was Bhag Kaur and her Father's name was Bhag Singh Sappal. She was the 7th of the 8 siblings. She had 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
Surjit got married on February 08,1973 to her husband Gurpal Singh Dhami of Patran District Patiala. Surjit had 3 children (daughters) Arwinder, Rajwinder and(son) Jaswinder. She migrated to Canada with her husband Gurpal Singh in December of 2012.All the Grand kids (Cherry, Deepal, Nehal, Hargun, Sartaaj, Rajveer and Harveer are deeply saddened by her passing, and are missing their Grandmother.
Surjit was such a kind lady with always a sweet smile on her face. She had touched a lot of lives with her tender and caring attitude. She will be dearly missed by all of her family. We all know that you are gone to (SACHKHAND) HEAVEN and will always shine like a bright Starr and always watch all over us.
