Susanna Kotecki

Suzanne was predeceased by her husband Martin. Suzanne is survived by her son Christopher Kotecki and daughter Karen Crawford (Kerry); grandchildren Nicholas Kotecki (Janelle Metcalf), Caroline Quinn (Danny), Graeme Crawford (Meghan), and Alex Crawford (Brighton Douglas); and great-grandson Sawyer.

Suzanne was one of seven children, born in Neuhorst, MB. She moved to Winnipeg to work and met her future husband Martin Kotecki. Suzanne and Martin loved to summer at Victoria Beach and travel throughout Europe. Some of Suzanne’s favourite times were when her grandchildren would stay for sleepovers and she would make them crepes and sew with them.

Suzanne was a long-time member of Harrow United Church and their choir. She was passionate about painting, was an avid reader, and loved to do yoga, tai chi, and spend time with her family at Victoria Beach.

A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
