It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful baby boy Tristan Michael Vint.
We would like to thank our family and friends whose support during this difficult time will never be forgotten. We would also like to thank the St. Boniface Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with special thanks to Lauren, Cheryl, and Rosalie for their incredible care and compassion. Although much too short Tristan's life will always be cherished and a constant reminder of what is important.
We will never forget you. Love Mommy, Dada and big brother Tommy.
