We will miss beyond words, her creativity, her quirky sense of humor, her hugs and mischievous laughter, singing loudly and slightly off key with her sister "my heart will go on" ...and it will.
From butterfly kisses to butterflies on her sleeve, her journey in this life embodied this delicate creature, determined, bright, free spirited and fragile.
Her path was not easy, and though her struggles were part of her story, they were not the whole story. Beyond them was a woman who was deeply loved and whose life impacted those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Ciarra enjoyed spending time outdoors, exploring rivers and waterfalls, creating art, and had a heart for rescuing animals whether they needed rescuing or not! She shared all those passions with the greatest love and joy of her life, her son Brodie. They had a unique bond, and she was immensely proud of him and without question, he was the brightest light in her life.
We celebrate her entire story, the heartache and hope, the perseverance and now the peace that comes in knowing that she is finally free and in the presence of perfect love.
Ciarra is survived by her parents, Craig Poole and Amy Bowden, stepfather Edwin Bowden her son, Brodie, siblings, Weston Edwards and Alayna Poole, her grandparents, Marie Stewart and Bill and Agnes Poole, her aunts and uncles, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl Stewart and her uncle Brent Poole.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Ciarra's memory by connecting with those you love. Make the call. Say the words. Spend the time.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
