He was a diligent and hardworking man. Fernando owned and operated Fernco Construction in Pfafftown for over 20 years. Fernando loved hunting and fishing and was recently classified as a Master Shooter. Fernando was extremely compassionate and helped others whenever he could.
Fernando’s wit, sense of humor, and blunt honesty will be missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
He is survived by his son, Max Mateo; mother, Adel Lopez; aunt, Ofelia Lopez; second father, Big Roy; cousin, Ruben; and numerous other loved ones and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 10am at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for a celebration of Fernando’s life following the service at Vogler Funeral & Cremations.
