Franklin Doris Frye

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Bennett Frye; his children, Peggy Frye Stivason, Lou Elliott, Jacqueline Caudill-Ramsay, Pat Adkins, Jack L. Elliott, Jr.; 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his children, Kathy and Leo Frye.

Frank was faithful member of Konnoak Moravian Church for over 38 years where he was a Lovefeast diener, a Sunday School teacher and fondly known as the “Candy Man,” giving candy to all the small children he greeted. One of his favorite pastimes was working in his garden and walking with seniors at the mall.

The Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at Konnoak Hills Moravian Church, 3401 Konnoak Drive with Reverend John Rights officiating the service. The family will be receiving friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
