

He was a loving husband to his wife, Wei Wang, and a devoted father to his daughter, Caralyn Walters.
John was also deeply cherished by his siblings: Debbie Karsko, Vincent Walters, and Linda Baird, and his brother-in-law, Steve Karsko, as well as his nieces and nephews: Heather Karsko, Joe Karsko, Melissa Baird, Danielle Baird, and Amanda Walters.
A devout Christian, John’s faith was an integral part of his life. He found comfort and strength in his relationship with God, and he lived his life in a way that reflected his deep commitment to his beliefs. John’s faith, along with his love for family and friends, gave him a sense of peace that he shared with all who knew him.
John had a long and fulfilling career as a property manager before retiring. He took great pride in his work and was well-known for his dedication and attention to detail. In retirement, John found joy in spending time with his family, engaging in conversations with friends, and continuing to offer his guidance and support to loved ones. His warmth, humor, and unwavering devotion to his family were at the core of who he was, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation with viewing in the Reception Room at Vogler Funeral Home, 3815 Yadkinville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106, on Friday, January 31, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of the funeral home.
The burial will follow immediately at 1:00 PM in Forsyth Memorial Park.
