Wayne Lynn Randall

Born August 13th, 1955 to Betty and Aubrey Randall in Asheville, NC, Wayne is survived by his mother, as well as siblings Pam, Sharon, Kelly, Phil, and Karen. He is preceeded in death by his father, who died on Labor Day, 1993.

Wayne lived in Macon for most of his life, working at Brown & Williamson for over two decades. He married Rosemary Corbin in 1979, who gave birth to their son, Pierce, in 1984. Along the way, they adopted Newton, an eclectus parrot. The couple came to Winston-Salem in 2004, where Wayne continued working as a control room operator at Reynolds American.

Known by "Lynn" to family and friends, he was a music enthusiast, a free spirit, a devoted husband, and a friend to bird and man. We mourn his final hours and passing, but it his character we celebrate and his life we will miss.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Vogler & Sons. Funeral Services at Crestview begin graveside at 11:00 a.m Tuesday.
