Born on June 25, 1970, in Reidsville, NC, Frankie built a life grounded in faith, family, and hard work. He spent over 30 years in the car business, most recently serving as General Manager of Modern Nissan in Winston-Salem. He took great pride in his work and was known as a strong, honest leader and mentor — always willing to give his best and guide others with integrity.
Frankie is survived by his devoted wife, Tracy Gammon, and their four children: Cameron (24), Kendyll (21), Grayson (18), and J.P. (9), along with many beloved extended family members.
A passionate fan of Carolina basketball and the San Francisco 49ers, Frankie enjoyed cheering on his teams, working in the yard, and staying busy around the house. He believed in doing things the right way — whether it was cutting the grass or being a loving husband, father, and friend. He would always say “If you’re gonna do something do it right!” His words were always honest, and his heart always open.
Most of all, Frankie loved the Lord. He shared his faith openly and was a listening ear to many who sought spiritual guidance. His strength, humility, and unwavering commitment to those he loved encompassed the true spirit of who he was.
Frankie’s sudden passing leaves a deep ache in the hearts of all who knew him. Yet even in sorrow, there is gratitude—for the gift of his life, for the love he gave so freely, and for the vibrant example he set. He was truly one of a kind: bold, loving, full of life—and forever cherished.
His absence is immeasurable, but so is the love he left behind.
A celebration of life for Frankie will be held Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 2:00 PMat Vogler Funeral & Cremations at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for a visitation following the service.
