He served in the Navy throughout the Pacific during WWII. After the war he worked for Western Electric where he retired after 35 years of service.
He was a great father and loving husband who enjoyed his extended family.
William is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Erlene and their 2nd son Mark. He is survived by his sons, Michael and Matthew; his daughter-in-law, Regina; and grandchildren, Michael (Zack), Daniel, and Jeffrey.
W.B. Whitlow was a good man and a wonderful husband and father. That is the best any man can be.
A graveside service featuring military rites will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 11am at Forsyth Memorial Park.
