Bruce A Bosworth

Bruce a Bosworth, 75, of MontVerde, Florida, passed away February 22, 2025. He was born in Truxton, New York on August 18, 1949. He graduated from Truxton high school and attended SUNY Cobleskill. He enlisted in the US Army in November 1971.

Bruce married the love of his life, JoAnn Roe, on March 1, 1975. Bruce served in the US Army for 24 years, working as an ENT specialist. Bruce also worked for many years for the US Postal Service as a mail carrier after his retirement. He had a love of animals, a green thumb, and fierce adoration for his family and friends. He was always up for a board game or a few hands of cards.

Bruce was preceded in death by his dad Frederick Bosworth, mom, Josephine (McGraw) Bosworth, Anne (Bosworth) Bassett, Kathleen Bosworth. He is survived by his wife JoAnn (Roe) Bosworth, and their children Carrie O’Brien (Marshall Ford), Kristina (Jason) Zwickl, and Jeffrey (Kaylee) Bosworth, as well as five grandchildren, Caitlyn O’Brien, Carter Zwickl, Taylor Zwickl, Nolan Bosworth, Lily Marie Bosworth. He is also survived by his two children Michelle Wood, and Kenneth Nowalk.
