Charles Michael Long, 60 of Winter Garden, FL passed away June 3, 2020. He was born on March 14, 1960 in Winter Garden, FL to Charles A. and Mary Jo (Brown) Long. A lifelong Winter Garden resident, Michael was an accomplished Brick Mason and honed his skills working next to his father for many years. He was a man of many skills and could fix anything from a car to doing home repairs. He was always there for any of his family and friends that needed his help. A Baptist by his faith, Michael had a heart of gold, even if he came off a little gruff at times. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Jo Long. Michael is survived by his daughter, Amber Conaway; his grandchildren: Shayla Conaway and Saige Conaway, his sister, Diane Evans and by his two nephews: Frankie Evans Jr. and Cody Evans.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 12 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Winter Garden. A Graveside service will follow at 11 AM at the Winter Garden Cemetery, Winter Garden, FL.
